About Bridge Partners
Understanding the Business Changes the Search.
Bridge Partners of Texas was built on a simple principle:
Understand the business first. Then recruit the person capable of strengthening it.
For nearly 15 years, Stephanie Sutton has combined business experience, executive-search discipline, and deep knowledge of Multifamily Renovation construction to help clients make better hiring decisions.

Industry Knowledge Built in the Field
Nearly a decade ago, Stephanie recruited her now-husband, Michael, into Multifamily Renovation as a Traveling Superintendent.
As his career progressed, she traveled with him, visited job sites, and saw firsthand the realities of occupied renovations, extensive travel, changing scopes, compressed schedules, and field leadership.
She understands not only the position, but the reality of the work.

The Approach
Precision Over Volume
Bridge Partners does not build searches around job boards or high-volume candidate submissions.
The strongest professionals are often already working.
Stephanie reaches them through targeted research, direct outreach, referrals, and long-standing industry relationships.
Every candidate is evaluated against the specific needs of the organization—not simply a list of qualifications.
The objective is not to produce more candidates. It is to identify the few worth presenting.
Personally Involved From Start to Finish
Stephanie helps define the need, maps the market, directly recruits candidates, manages interviews and feedback, negotiates offers, and stays engaged through acceptance and onboarding.
There are no layers of account management between the client and the person leading the search.
Find the right person. Strengthen the organization. Protect the relationship.
What Clients Can Expect
Honest. Strategic. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Direct.
If Stephanie does not believe a candidate is right for a client, she will say so.
If she does not believe an opportunity is right for a candidate, she will say that too.
Bridge Partners has been built through repeat business, long-standing relationships, and a willingness to prioritize the right decision over simply making a placement.
Start With a Conversation.
Whether the need is an immediate leadership hire, organizational restructuring, a new market, or the next stage of growth, the best search starts with understanding the business.
